We all try our best to live our lives more naturally, without the use of artificial dyes and unnecessary chemicals in our food and cleaning products. So when Easter rolls around, it makes sense that we would try and find new ways to dye our Easter eggs, using natural dyes instead of chemical laden kits sold at conventional stores. Today, you can learn to use vegetables and herbs you may already have in your kitchen (or easily picked up at Organic Roots)!

As well as these specific vegetables and herbs as dye, you can also influence the color outcome by using white or brown varities. White eggs will show up much lighter, more pale colors, while dying brown eggs is usually a darker and bolder color. Happy Easter!
